Information you submit
If you use the contact form, we store the name, email address, subject, and message you provide so the editorial team can review and respond. Calculator inputs (room dimensions, color values) are processed to produce a result and are not stored or linked to you unless a calculator explicitly offers to save your project.
Security and abuse prevention
The contact form may store a one-way hash derived from the submitting IP address to help identify repeated abuse without retaining that address in the message record.
